This website is trying to keep accessibility and full functionality for impaired users by following methods of WCAG, or following the rules of web accessibility and iniciative of Blind Friendly Web.

This website is created according to web standards of W3C for CSS 2.1 and XHTML 1.0 Transitional, but tries to implement ARIA methods of accessibility, whick, in some cases, break some of the rules for XHTML 1.0 Transitional.
